How happy to be here with you as we count down the hours into 2025.  And today I made a special ginger and cinnamon bread to treat my family for breakfast which  I decided to share with you because the holiday is full of excitements, bringing good memories  that we will look back to remember.

This morning I decided to make something for breakfast, and was acutely opting to fry sone pancakes 🥞, but my younger daughter who likes the smell of ginger and has been drinking from my ginger tea 🍵because of the hash weather asked if I can bake some ginger bread for the house. And although we have some leftover breads, but incorporating ginger into a fresh baked bread is what she will love 💕.

And having all the ingredients in the pantry. I decided to make this ginger man loaf, adding some cinnamon to it. In fact, the process was one that brought some fun 🤩 in the house, leaving us laughing 😆 and enjoying the baking.

Have you tried ginger and cinnamon bread before? I was so glade I baked this bread. A memory to remember this season  of celebration 🎉🥰🥂

.Here I share the step by step for baking this special bread 🥯

Freshly baked with lots of aroma, especially that of ginger and cinnamon. And with jam to go with made this loaf 🍞 everything. Have you ever made a ginger bread? Its one of the healthiest ingredient you can incorporate your recipes. I was glade I made this ginger man shape loaf. A treat indeed.

Thank you for staying through to the end of this recipe. Hope you enjoyed it. Cheers 🥂 as we count down.
