Happy start to the new week and I hope to find you in good health.

Today I made a two healthy ingredients juice to keep health in check which is what I bring to share and show you due to how amazing this recipe is. 

This juice of carrots and turmeric really pops ! And that does not just refer to the bright color that comes from the ingredients carrot 🥕and turmeric.  They are a delight for many who knows the benefits of these two ingredients combined in a juice 🥤, they also compete in terms of vitamins, minerals, healthy properties and great taste.

Carrot is especially known for its high beta-carotene content. Beta-carotene is a provitamin A that has an antioxidants effect by scavenging harmful oxygen radicals. This can be converted in the body into biologically active retinol (Vitamin A) which is important for our visual processes as well as growth and nerve conduction.

And this wonderful plant 🌱 called turmeric is an extraordinary ingredient. The curcumin it contains has antibacterial, antioxidants and anti-inflammation properties. The natural antioxidants also has a detoxifying and immune-stimulating effect. Taking turmeric stimulates the production of gastric juice, supports metabolism and digestive system. 

How important to know that we are indeed helping our health when we make recipes from carrot 🥕 and turmeric.

Here I show you the process for a quick steps to this healthy recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

1 large carrot 
1/2 of a thumb of turmeric 
2 glass of spring water

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

This is a quick simple and straightforward recipe, and the first thing I will do is clean and wash the carrot .

Step 2.

Will gradually grate the carrot 🥕 to bring out more of the juice while boiling.

Next I will peel the turmeric, cut and crush it using the hand wood roller as above.

The two ingredients are readily here.

And will take the carrot into the pot here above.

Step 5.

Will set the pot on the cooker and cover to start boiling.

Once it boils, I will add the crushed turmeric and allow to boil on.

And another 3 minutes, it would have infused properly here above.

We set it down and sieve it immediately

Making and drinking healthy juice from the corners of our kitchen is something so encouraging and motivating because it helps us to know what we are drinking especially those that makes us stay healthy, boosting our immune system for damaged cells. Hope you will try this recipe.
