Good evening hivers and healthy drinklovers . How are you friends today🥰💕🌸.The best we can always do for ourselves is making sure to eat and drink healthy while the hustle continues. Because when our inner body is fortified with healthy supplements from what we eat and drinks, we are sure of vitamins and nutrients.

This smoothie inspired yogurt 🍦 parfait recipe is a classic on its own because of the elements its made up of.  In this parfait I have combined a delicious Dark Chocolate McVities Cookies 🍪, some slices of fresh bananas 🍌 and whole lots of creamy Yogurt 🍦.A perfect breakfast that will sustain anyone for late lunch 🥙.

I was inspired to make this recipe for breakfast this morning immediately I saw a pack of  Hollandia Yogurt 🍦 in the refrigerator I bought during grocery last weekend. And since I don’t feel like having my regular tea ☕️ this morning, I decided to make a quick parfait for a creamy yogurt 🍦 recipe.

In this recipe, the yogurt provided me with a protein boost, as well as good healthy digestive system. And the chocolate cookies with the bananas will give me that filling I need to stay up on my heels until lunch 🥙is decided. 

However, this is a very easy and quick recipe we can prepare once we have all the needed ingredients available and in about 30 minutes. And do you know you can decide also to make your own version of this parfait by adding fruits of your choice like apple 🍎, strawberry 🍓 or even pineapple 🍍. This recipe is so versatile if you ask me.

Here I share the steps with you friends.

INGREDIENTS:

3 ripped bananas
1 packet of dark McVities cookies 
1 glass of creamy yogurt 
A glass to serve the result.

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

We start this recipe by peeling and slicing the bananas in rounds.

Next I will cut open the McVities dark cookies 🍪 . As above.

Will then arrange the ingredients here above.

Then measure out a glass full of creamy yogurt . Image from thread

To arrange the ingredients into a parfait, I will start by adding some McVities cookies into the glass.

Then added some bananas 🍌 here.
