Healthy Banana Doughnuts For Family Tea Time 🍌🍩☕️.

.Its has been a while we eat doughnuts here  hivers and vegan family. And I hope your Sunday is restful around loved 🥰 ones.

Yes. I love my weekends very much because its always time I bring out to enjoy snacks either for breakfast 🍳 or some relaxation snacks. And today I made some quick healthy doughnuts 🍩 for tea ☕️ for everyone.

This recipe is simple, quick and straightforward just like making the normal doughnuts except that I have incorporated some bananas 🍌 (cumbur) to give it some touch of vegan 🌱 delight which I love ❤️ so much because we need to try as much as we could to eat healthy.

Here I will take you through the preparation of this lovely doughnuts 🍩 friends

4INGREDIENTS:

 150 g of cake flour 
2 ripped finger banana 
1/2 tablespoons of tropical 🏝 essence 
1/4 glass of soy milk 
50 g of premium sugar11
11/2 teaspoon of yeast 
Salt to taste

EXTRA INGREDIENTS 
Warm water to soak yeast 
Vegetable oil

STRPS FOR PREPARATION:

First is to soak the yeast using the warm water.
Then stir, add sugar and cover to seat for at least five (5) minutes.

I will proceed to add the flour in a  bowl 🥣, adding salt and sugar.

 As here and will incorporate by mixing.

Next is to add the tropical 🏝 essence and the banana 🍌 for that immune boost and flavor.

To form the dough, I will add the yeast and gradually mix. Adding the soy milk here too.

And will use my fingers bring it into fine knead.
Adding the vegetable oil.

And to make the doughnuts 🍩, I will cut the dough into two, then four, and one cut into three.

And will roll and mold each into a doughnut 🍩 of ball 🏀 shape.

 Placing the ball mold in a floured tray and pressing the mold down using the back of my palm.

And gradually will mold all. Cover in a warm place to rise.

And to fry I will heat up the veg oil, once its hot,
will drop the doughnuts balls 🏀.

And will flip until its all readily and golden

Healthy quick delicious doughnuts for the family breakfast like I have prepared. Its so soft and and lovely even for children to enjoy with warm milk
especially now that most children are enjoying their holidays. You need to make them happy with this recipe.
