How are you all doing and how wonderful to welcome the weekend again through the work week? Honestly am always excited 😊 once the weekend is by the conner  because it feels so good to take a rest and enjoy some healthy delicious recipes.

Healthy, low fat , vegan 🌱 and most important delicious recipe is what am taking out time again today to share with you. Spiced Brown Beans with mixture of cucumber 🥒, carrot 🥕 and lots of onions 🧅that brought so much flavor into the salad 🥗.

Plant 🌱 based recipe are the best at all times and sharing this unique and exquisite one with you brings me so much joy 🤩 knowing its that kind of salad meal you will love ❤️.The idea to this recipe is for beans lovers who might not like to eat beans ordinarily at all times.

This recipe you can call a brown beans with vegetables  🥒🥕as a meal or a mixed beans veggie salad 🥗 that is so healthy, low in fat if consumed constantly and  a full vegan 🌱 culinary with just low budget and easy to put together. Its also a recipe that can serve as a side dish for family lunch if the ingredients are increased in quantity to serve number of persons satisfyingly. It can be paired with any meal of our choice if we must. 

Let me take you through the step by step process here below:

INGREDIENTS:

100 g of brown beans (boiled)
1/2 of a large cucumber 
3 large fresh carrots
3/4 of a large onion 🧅
1/2 teaspoon of salt 
3/4 chili 🌶 powder 
10 ml of vegetable oil

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

I will begin by cleaning, washing and cut dicing the carrots.

Then wash, slice chop the onions as above

And have them readily here above

The cucumber 🥒 I will cut into two equal part.

Remove the seeds, then thoroughly wash it adding salt to sterilize here above.

Will strip cut the cucumber and cut them in chops readily

The ingredients are all ready here above.

Next I will heat up the vegetable oil, adding the onions

Then the carrot . Stir them both to fry and tender a bit.

Here will add the salt 🧂 and chili 🌶 powder .

Stir to incorporate and set it down.

To bring to final mix, I will take the onion, carrot stir fry into a bowl here above.

Then add the cucumber and the brown beans

Will gradually stir them together to incorporate all the ingredients together.
