Its amazing with my today’s recipe I prepared to share with you. Today’s recipe is not the regular sweet smoothies, juices, but a medicinal tea 🍵

I prepared this to help reduce some accumulation of sugar in the body. This tea is a recipe we need from time to time to keep ourselves in check of some medicals and because of what we consume normally from sugar which necessarily is not only from sugary drinks but also from some carbohydrate foods that has sugar
.The peppermint in this tea 🍵 is the perfect combination for minimizing headaches, improving concentration and helping with indigestion.
The turmeric in this tea is anti-inflammation properties , also rich in iron, promoting healthy heart ♥️ and does prevent anemia.
Here is s very quick step to prepare this medicinal tea 🍵
# INGREDIENTS



1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/4 black pepper Fresh few mint leaves 🍃 m
1 glass of spring water 💦
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.


To prepare this healthy tea 🍵, I will first wash thoroughly the mint leave’s 🍃.
Step 2.




Then will slice it thinly.
Step 3,

Next is to boil the mint leaves 🍃, by adding the spring glass of water in a pan.
Step 4.




Once the water boils, I added the leaves, Allow to boil on for the minty infusion.
Step 5.

I will add the turmeric to infuse along for just few more minutes.
Step 6.

Then finally will add the black pepper to incorporate, then set it down.
Step 7.



Will sieve the tea 🍵 into a strainer mug.
Step 8,





And serve it straight into a glass 🥃 with some minty leaves 🍃 added.


How fresh this minty tea 🍵 smells. And this process of infusion is just what we needs for a glorious fresh mint tea. So healthy to trash what ever ill health especially that sugar accumulation in our bodies.
