Today I want to share a little secret with you friends who love nuts 🌰 especially peanut 🥜. This secret is how you can comfortably make your homemade peanut in an easy simple way without any stress. Do you know that eating nuts 🌰🥜is very good for our hearts ♥️. In a simple understanding, nuts are so healthy for our hearts ♥️ , so eating nuts frequently lowers levels of inflammation related to heart disease 🦠 and diabetes 

This means however,  that frequently eating a healthy diet that includes nuts may improve  artery health which helps us reduces any inflammation that relate to heart ♥️ disease, and this is why I always prepare homemade peanuts 🥜 because it cost less and stays fresh at all times.

And peanut among other nuts like almond, hazelnut, pecans, walnuts are healthier choices, so we can always make our own choice from the varieties.

And in my today’s recipe am sharing homemade peanut 🥜 recipe I prepared that looks so appetizing with some side bananas 🍌 as an appetizer snack before lunch 🥙 or dinner 🥘. 

And we can as well enjoy peanut with our choice of fruits like carrots 🥕, cucumber, bananas 🍌 and others when we want to stay light to keep healthy physic.

Come with me friends on this wonderful recipe of homemade peanut 🥜.

INGREDIENTS:

400 g of raw peanut 
1 teaspoon of salt

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

I will start this peanut recipe by first soaking the peanut with plenty of water.

I will add the 1 teaspoon of salt into the soaked peanut and stir properly.

The soaked peanut I will leave for 12 hours to ferment, usually overnight

And drain off the water the next day after 12 hour. Leave in the basket 🧺 to drain properly.

I will spread the peanut  in a tray and leave it for one full day to dry properly, especially under the sun ⛅️.

Next is  to prepare the peanut 🥜 for roasting  using the Microwave.

As here above. Setting the microwave on 620 F, on 4 minutes , using OptiGrill

Its all set . I will leave it to cool down for easier peeling

And gradually will peel off all the chaffs of the peanut, leaving the peanut clean and wanting.

And to properly protect the peanut from air, I will store it in an air tight container for better preservation to stay as long as desired

I love peanut 🥜 and like to enjoy it fresh and crunchy  usually pairing it with my favorite fruit of banana 🍌. Have you ever tried this combination?
