I have not had a smoothie for a while now and have been craving for one especially how the past season celebration was with many other kinds of drinks like wine 🍷, fruit juice, tea ☕️ on cold winter mornings .
And smoothie is what I like and enjoy during work because its feeling and can even replace lunch. So as I resumed work this past week I started craving for smoothie and needed to make some with this pineapple 🍍 that have been in the pantry.

Pineapple smoothie is one that is always delicious and feeling especially if banana is added to it, but since I did not have leftover banana, I decided to blend it alone adding some turmeric to it for that healthy wellness smoothie of finest yellow gold color that makes it inviting. And remembering turmeric is an anti-inflammation makes it more good to be added little by little in our drinks and foods.
Here I share the step by step of this recipe with you friends.
INGREDIENTS:


1/2 of a large fresh sweet pineapple
1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of premium sugar
1 glass of spring water 💦
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.


I will start the recipe by cutting the pineapple ends then slash cut it into equal two.



And then cut one half into chunks of pieces as above.
Step 2.



Next I will peel the pineapple chunks and cut it into tiny dice as above.
Step 3.


Then will add the diced pineapple into the blender , adding also the turmeric, sugar and the water.As here above.
Step 4.


And will blend into a smoothie in gradual process

Then serve the beauty here before chilling it for brunch take away.

The yellow gold smoothie is ready. Thick, delicious and nourishing, and with turmeric caps it all as we drink to some healthy living . A blend you will love for both vitamins , antioxidants and anti-inflammation. Hope you enjoyed.
