Greetings dear Hivers and friends of vegan delight 🥰💕

.I wish you all a productive and stress free days as we continue to desire the best in life, and especially healthier month.

Today I want to share with you some delicious cookies 🍪 recipe from my kitchen.  And this recipe is one with sesame seeds garnished plantains cookies 🍪 for relaxation time snacks.

Making cookies sounds like lots of work. But seriously we should not be afraid of putting ourselves to taste to keep enjoying what we crave. This recipe is as simple as adding the ingredients in a blender, food processor or beating together in a large bowl 🥣until smooth . Then mold in your desired shapes and into the oven.

Its as easy as making your morning coffee ☕️. Haha 😂.I did craved for this cookies and since I have a leftover overripe plantain, I went quickly to make it. So delicious and chewy.

Here I share with you the step by step process.

INGREDIENTS:

250 g of all purpose flour
1 overripe peel and sliced plantain
30 g of premium sugar
2 tablespoons of veg oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder 
1/4 salt 
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

To start the recipe I  will pour the ripe sliced plantains into a bowl 🥣 and gradually mash them into a purée

Will add little warm water to make it a bit loose, while adding also the vanilla and veg oil to it.

Stir all properly readily here.

Step 3.

Next I will take the flour into a bowl 🥣,
adding the dry ingredients. The baking powder, cinnamon and salt here above.

Added sugar here above.

And will still them all inn properly.

Step 4.

Here will add the plantain puree mixture into the flour dry ingredients .

 Will stir gradually to obtain a soft dough here

And added a little warm water here again to obtain a softer dough batter.

Step 5.

Will set the paper cup here and scoop the batter into them gradually

And will add sesame seeds here as garnishing.

And bake for 30 ~ 35 minutes at 200 Celsius
