This smoothie recipe is gluten/ free, dairy-free, vegan 🌱 so delicious 🤤. And with a simple step by step here below we make this recipe.

INGREDIENTS;

3 medium bananas 
1 large delicious mango 
1 small size lime
1 glass of spring water 

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

We start by washing and peeling the mango 🥭 above.

Then we cut out the pulps from the seed and dice them in cubes

We peel the banana and cut them into rounds as above.

Next we add the banana, mango, the glass of water and a squeeze of lime into the blender.

And we gradually blend the ingredients smoothly into a smoothie.

There is something else that is pretty about this smoothie - because its so well blended together with a touch of lime, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a couple of days without separating. So you can make this smoothie a night before to enjoy it in the morning as breakfast or brunch if you wants to save time. Or you can make extra quantities to refrigerate blending for at least 1 minutes when you make it.
