It's exciting!
Watching these bags pump up again, no idea why I am getting excited, some of them have got a helluva long way to get to anything close to 2021 levels.
Of course I am talking about crypto. But enough of that. I was supposed to stay inside and work today from home, apart from the odd trade or two which I normally do anyway...
But if you read my post yesterday The mysterious case of The Numpty and The Wallet then you will know that this numpty found out when outside the supermarket that he forgot his wallet, therefore no chicken purchased and no chicken dinner...
Today therefore I had to rectify that!
Here we see my check out items,... Chicken, baby potatoes and florets of broccoli were bought and they are all cooking as we speak.
Can you guess the price of those three items on the conveyor belt?

See the positive in everything they say ... well me forgetting my wallet yesterday meant I had to go out today!
I think people are in too much of a hurry or stressed or whatever to ...
Stop listen and look what's around you...
We happen to be recipients of the most amazing free spectacle possible. Yes, nature delivers so just look ....
The first thing that stuck me today was the fluffing sky!
I mean ... Just look up
Do you see the fluffy white clouds, yes this was our sky today, no more blanket of grey but some sun and white andblue, much more my weather.
But look at the geometrical shapes, it is as if something was dropped on to the blanket of clouds and made impressions...
But I wasn't here to look at pretty clouds, no comeback on Wednesday if you want more, no I was on a mission and that means walking past this old mill, I just love buildings like this.
What a gorgeous blue sky, if it wasn't for the bare naked branches you might have thought it was summer.
Did you see anything on the picture? Well let's go closer...
Firstly there is ...
Yes it's a wee stream or burn as we say here. All the old mills were beside moving water streams or little rivers, and this one is no different.
But if you look at the building
Did you see the christmas lights in the shapes of stars?
Then that sky took over with the naked ladies!
Once home, I got the chicken cooking...
Which was the cue for me to have a pre-diner drink while I write this post!

The Roast Chicken Dinner ... finally
Yes after yesterday's momumental cockup I was so happy to get my chops round the baby potatoes. I could eat them with butter and gravy and nothing else.
You might like your rice, but for me baby potatoes are the dogs cajones!
