🇪🇸 ~ Esta es la última actualización sobre el proceso y resultado del primer grupo grande de gatas hembras que llevé a cirugía de esterilización junto a 2 amigas, quien sin su ayuda esto no hubiera sido posible.
De esta experiencia aprendí que cuando haces lo que amas nada pesa, incluso dejas de sentir cansancio o sueño, y que tu corazón se siente ligero y lleno cuando das seguridad a seres tan pequeños y genuinamente inocentes.
Estas fotos son sobre los días de recuperación, ultima consulta veterinaria para el retiro de puntos, unos días mas de descanso guardadas, y la relación de ingresos e inversión de todo el dinero recaudado a través de donaciones y la venta de lacitos.
🇺🇸 ~ This is the last update about the process and the result of the first big group of female cats I took to the spay surgery with 2 friends,, which would not have been possible without their help.
From this experience I learned that when you do what you love, nothing weighs you down, you even stop feeling tired or sleepy, and your heart feels light and full when you give security to such small and truly innocent beings.
These photos are about the days of recovery, the last visit to the vet to remove the stitches, a few more days of rest saved, and the ratio of income and investment of all the money raised through donations and the sale of ribbons.

¡Algo muy especial e importante que mencionar es que el equipo del centro veterinario nos regalo una de las cirugías! En nuestras cuentas alcanzábamos a costear solo 5 de 12 operaciones que necesitamos, nos sorprendio mucho que nos escribieran preguntando si ellos costeaban 1 cirugía, si podias llevar una gatita mas a la jornada. Eso nos animo muchísimo porque la ayuda llegó hasta ultimo momento.
Something very special and important to mention is that the team at the vet center gave us one of the surgeries! In our accounts we could only afford 5 of the 12 surgeries we needed, so we were very surprised when they wrote to ask if they would pay for 1 surgery if you could bring one more kitten to the day. This was very encouraging as the help came in at the last minute.

Es la primera vez que organizo una esterilización en grupo tan grande y despues de esta experiencia puedo decir que me siento súper capaz de volverlo a hacer, pero tambien con un número mayor de mininos si cuento con por ejemplo, un medio mas adecuado para su transporte.
Es menester que invierta en al menos, unos 4 o 5 kennels propios de tamaño mediano porque las cestas solo sirven para gatitos de carácter tranquilo, los mas agresivos pueden destruirlas en cuestión de segundos si te descuidas.
Los gatos no son tan difíciles de cuidar como creen las personas, tienen personalidades muy diferentes y una vez que te ganas su confianza, darles medicamentos no es complicado, basta con respetar su espacio y prestar atención a qué les desagrada.
Con todo mi corazón, muchísimas gracias a todos los que nos han ayudado a hacer esto posible, contamos con su ayuda para las próximas jornadas de esterilización y:

It is necessary to invest in at least 4 or 5 medium sized kennels of your own, because the baskets are only good for kittens with a calm character, the more aggressive ones can destroy them in a matter of seconds if you don't take care of them.
Cats are not as difficult to take care of as people think, they have very different personalities and once you gain their trust, giving them medication is not complicated, it is enough to respect their space and pay attention to what they dislike.
