Every man's life is an epistle and a testament to whatever you want it to be. Our lives can become smooth at some point and can also turn out to become bad at some point also, so it depends on which aspect of the face of life we are facing that will determine what our life will be sometimes. Imagine having a smooth and running life and suddenly, without any notice, you see things going the other way around. Your life that has been going well now turns into something that makes you feel so bad and down. This is not the kind of thing we all envision as human, but sometimes life trials can try to weigh us down to test our patience.
Gone are the days when we were still young, and we won't get to bother about anything that bothers us about eating and drinking all day and playing with our friends. I miss those days when we went to school, and before we came back from school, our food was set, and the only thing you thought about was just going to sleep wake up in the morning go to school eat read and focus on our studies. Now that we are grown, we have now discovered that this life is more than what we think it is, and we have to struggle so hard to become a successful person.
After graduating from the secondary school, some of us had the privilege to be able to have some discussion with elderly people, be it in our area of stay or in the learning scheme. These people might have told us some things that they feel will be so beneficial for us, but then we will not see it as something tangible because we do not have any knowledge about it until now, when we are grown. There is a song lyric that says, If I had known that this world is war, I would have been prepared to face the war. But no one will tell you or get you prepared for what's coming. Only you can prepare yourself for what's coming ahead because you are the only one there at that time and in that position.
Most of the time I see some of my lady friends who work so hard because they want to be independent people. In as much as it is good to do that, I sometimes feel we still need to slow down a bit because a lady is moving into a man's house, and there are limits to what she will be doing when she is with a man. Well, we all are meant for each other, but sometimes it is not always the same. The only thing I just say is that we all should always learn to be a better version of ourselves because if we do not do that, it might haunt us and make us a shadow of our own selves. The only thing, and the best thing, is to live life easily and go with the daily flow until one gets to the promised land that we all are running after.
