Happy Hump Day everyone! Halfway through the work week once again. I sure prefer Wednesday over Monday, that's for sure. Since it's Wednesday I'll be doing a weekly update on my InLeo Premium progress for this month. For those of you unfamiliar with the program it is a paid service that costs 10 HBD a month or 100 HBD a year. In return you get certain perks that are above and beyond the standard free service.
The one I tend to use most is the ability to edit threads and also I enjoy having longer threads available. Many times it's hard to fit all of my ideas in a single thread with the shorter version. Below is a screenshot of my current month's service, as you can see I still have twelve days left before I have to renew. There is also a list of perks that come with the InLeo Premium.
One feature that they don't mention is that premium members do get priority on curations over the members using the free version. That only makes since because it's a paid service. It in no way guarantees a vote but if you produce quality material the odds are much higher. So let's jump into the numbers from this membership so far!
It has been nineteen days as of today since my least renewal. In that time period I have posted eighteen posts and received curation form @leo.voter on four of them which sum up to $24.19. Then removing the 55% that goes back to InLeo that leaves me with $10.88. Subtracting that sum from my initial investment of 10 HBD I am $0.88 in the black. So any more curations from this point on will be pure profit, and with twelve days left I'm feeling pretty good I will get at least a few more!
So once again I am getting a return on my investment just as I have over the last six months or so that I have been using the service. Over that time the frontend has improved dramatically and has become a lot less "buggy". In conclusion I'm still finding it worth my while. I will continue to update you weekly!
Now for something pretty cool!
I always like to add a little something extra on to these post to make them more interesting. Today I'm adding in another Silver Striker token from another defunct Las Vegas casino. These tokens are solid silver surrounded by a brass ring and could be won playing the Silver Striker slot machines pretty much anywhere around the world. I haven't seen these machines in years, so I think the only way to collect these now is second hand.

Although not the prettiest silver token I have, it is pretty cool since the Monte Carlo was rebranded to Park MGM in 2018. The casino first opened in 1996 costing $344 million dollars to build and featured European luxury rooms and hotel based on the theme of the city Monte Carlo. This particular token has a lot of oxidation or "milk spotting", but it's still a nice collectible. Best of all it comes from a non existent casino making it part of the history of Las Vegas and those are the one I love to collect!
What's really nice about collecting these is the huge variety available, you literally couldn't collect them all. One warning though, once you start buying them it can get addictive. But it's a great way to collect part of history and silver at the same time. Silver will always have value, so they are a great investment as long as you find a reasonable purchase price. Some are getting really expensive now, especially the gold plated varieties from The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Invest wisely!
DUO token
Over three months ago now I started a new token with @bulliontools and @bitcoinman with the goal of helping onboard and retain new members, and DUO was born. While we are still in the early phases it has grown quickly and currently has over 18,700 Hive Power in the curation account. For those who purchase and stake at least 200 tokens they are rewarded with a daily curation on their quality posts and daily Hive dividends.
