This past week has gone by pretty fast. It seems that time just keeps speeding up the older I get... I guess that's a sure sign that I need to take some more time to enjoy life!
Tuesday is here again, which mean it's time for Three Tune Tuesday. Thanks to @ablaze for starting and sponsoring this weekly event. It really is one of my favorite days here on Hive where you can hear different music from around the world. Several times I have enjoyed the music so much I've gone deep diving into the band in the days that followed.
I also like to create a new banner every week for Tuesday. This one was created with AI with some basic prompts that became a little more specific as I went. I kind of liked this one it created! What do you think?
Since it was just St. Patrick's Day I considered doing an Irish theme, but that was too obvious. So Bono and U2 will have to wait for another week! Finding a theme of direction each week is always a bit of a challenge. I've always been a bit of a metal fan, so I'll roll with it! Today I'll share a hard rock song from 1970, 1980, and 1990. A decade jump between each one!
In 1970 there's really only a few choices to consider, and my favorite of the bunch has to be Black Sabbath.

Black Sabbath is considered part of the Unholy Trinity of English hard rock along with Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple. My personal favorite is Sabbath. In 1970 the album Paranoid was released and was packed with hit songs. One was featured in a Marvel movie not all that long ago, of course I'm talking about none other than "Iron Man":

You had to see this one coming... Back In Black was by far the band's best selling album and just happened to be released in 1980. After the death of Bon Scott, the former lead singer, Brian Johnson stepped up to the plate and hit a grand slam. This has to be one of the best hard rock albums ever made. And it leads off with "Back In Black":

Guns N Roses

The 1990's saw a huge change in the style of rock as Nirvana stormed into the limelight. But before they did Guns N Roses came out with a couple great albums, Use Your Illusion 1&2. Technically it wasn't in 1990, but they were pretty close being released in 1991. This song was written for the movie Terminator 2 and so in the video you mainly see out takes and movie scenes, but it's a great song. Here's "You Could Be Mine":
That will just about wrap up my Three Tune Tuesday. If you don't already participate in this fun event feel free to join us by sharing some of your favorite songs. Every week one winner is chosen at random to win 12 HSBI units. Just make sure to use #ttt in your tags and/ or include @ablaze in your post.
