Today I'm going to share a delicious recipe for seasoned fish fillets, cooked in an air fryer and served with tostones. It's very healthy; plus, it's easy to make, and best of all, it's practical, convenient, and quick. I hope you enjoy it. Here are the step-by-step instructions.

03 filetes de pescado, 01 plàtano macho verde, 01 cebolla, 05 ajìes, 03 dintes de ajo, 01 cucharada de cùrcuma, 01 cucharada de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.

3 fish fillets, 1 green plantain, 1 onion, 5 chili peppers, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of turmeric, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Empieza lavando la cebolla y los ajìes; corta la cebolla en aros y los ajìes en tiras finas.

Start by washing the onion and the chili peppers; cut the onion into rings and the chili peppers into julienne strips.

Ahora pela el plátano, córtalo en trozos y cuécelo en abundante agua con sal hasta que esté tierno.

Mientras se cocinan los plátanos, vamos a sazonar el pescado con sal, pimienta y cúrcuma. Dejémoslo marinar durante 15 minutos.

While the plantains are cooking, let's season the fish with salt, pepper, and turmeric. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

En una bandeja desechable para freidora de aire, unta un poco de aceite, coloca los filetes de pescado encima y añade aceite, ajo y verduras picadas.

On a sheet of disposable air fryer paper, brush on a little oil, place the fish fillets on top, and add oil, garlic, and chopped vegetables.

Precalienta la freidora de aire, introduce el pescado y déjalo cocinar durante 20 minutos a 180; a mitad de la cocción, da la vuelta a los filetes para que se cocinen por el otro lado. Y ya estará listo.

Preheat the air fryer, place the fish inside, and cook for 20 minutes at 180; halfway through cooking, flip the fillets so they cook on the other side. And it'll be ready.
