Hoy tenemos una receta sencilla y deliciosa: guiso de pollo con papas, espinacas y apio, ideal para el almuerzo. Se puede preparar en solo unos pasos, en casa, para disfrutar en familia. Aquí tienes las instrucciones paso a paso.

01 pechuga de pollo, 03 papas, 70 gr de espinaca, 01 tallo de apio, 02 cebollas, 01 pimiento rojo, 02 dientes de ajo,01 cucharada de salsa de soja, 01 cucharada de cúrcuma, 01 cucharada de mostaza, 01 cucharada de orégano, 01 cucharada de aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta al gusto.

1 chicken breast, 3 potatoes, 70 g spinach, 1 celery stalk, 2 onions, 1 red pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon oregano, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Lo primero que hay que hacer es lavar el pollo, cortarlo y sazonarlo con sal, pimienta, salsa de soja, cúrcuma, mostaza y orégano. Déjalo marinar durante unos minutos.

The first thing to do is wash the chicken, cut it up, and season it with salt, pepper, soy sauce, turmeric, mustard, and oregano. Leave it to marinate for a few minutes.

Mientras lavas las verduras, córtalas en cubos y cuece las papas al vapor hasta que estén tiernas.

Put the olive oil in a pot and, when hot, sauté the chicken; fry until well cooked. Then add the chopped garlic, onion, red pepper, and celery, and simmer with the lid on.

After fifteen minutes, add the spinach and cooked potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for five more minutes until ready.
