Today I'm going to share a simple recipe for beef strips with onion, tomato, and BBQ sauce. What I like most about this dish is that it's very easy to prepare. Although it seems simple, its aroma and flavor are unique. It's a complete and healthy meal, as it provides us with iron and protein. Best of all, my family loves it, so here's a step-by-step guide to encourage you to try it.

400 gr de bistecs, 02 cebollas, 03 tomates, 01 cucharada de salsa BBQ, 02 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto.

400 g de bistecs, 2 cebollas, 3 tomates, 1 cucharada de salsa barbacoa, 2 dientes de ajo, 1 cucharada de orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto.

The first thing to do is wash the steaks; cut them into strips. Wash the onions and tomatoes and cut them into julienne strips; peel the garlic and chop it into small cubes.

Coloca las tiras de carne en una olla y cúbrelas con agua; luego, cocínalas hasta que estén tiernas.

 
Place the strips of meat in a pot and cover them with water; then cook until tender.

Una vez que se hayan ablandado y el agua se haya reducido, añade las cebollas y el ajo picado y cocina hasta que estén tiernos. A continuación, añade el tomate y sigue cocinando.

Once they have softened and the water has reduced, add the onions and chopped garlic and cook until tender. Next, add the tomato and continue cooking.

Continue seasoning with salt, pepper, oregano, and BBQ sauce; continue cooking over low heat until everything is tender and the water has reduced and thickened.
