Traditional digital marketing is gradually fading away and it's not because of AI. It's just because there are some things that are fanciful at first when they came up. But as time goes on, people will come to the reality that they are not really needed.

And before you know it, new development is going to sweep them off their feet. It's not because marketing is dying. It is not.

It's just the opposite. We've already been accustomed to the idea that client pays agency and agency do hire people. And people will do the job and produce the contents, the marketing, the design reports, outreach, ads, basic automation and the likes.

AI automation is taking away the entire power that is rested in the hand of digital agency. A small business can grow now with just a single prompt and a skill inside cloud hair. The entire workflow of an agency can be easily generated from the beginning to the end.

And the uncomfortable truth is also that clients are now questioning why they are paying a very huge amount of money to agency when everything can just be done with a $300, anything automation. This kind of a thing is not what everyone is happy to hear. But it is the reality.

I will not say the entire industry is collapsing. The commodity end is being squeezed. An agency that simply executes instructions and tests their vulnerability are the most vulnerable.

Agencies that understand strategy, customer psychology, system automation, revenue outcomes are much more harder to replace. And this is where I think that the direction of things is going to become more and more interesting in the coming days. Becoming an AI expert is not just the only thing that we have to do.

There is more to the skill. You have to let your clients know or show you where they are wasting time and effort. And then immediately they will create an automation that handles everything.

Whenever you come from these standpoints, you are coming from a stronger position.
