The work that we do each day is tasking. What I'm saying that is because I've seen a lot of people not appreciating what someone has done for them. The reason is because they believe there is something that they can do immediately just like that in the thinking of an eye but it's not that way.
Sometimes what you think that is very simple can actually be hard when you flip the coin. Another thing is that the fact that you know it doesn't mean that others can see things differently. I know you might be able to fix it in just one second but you should always give people the chance to come forward and do something right at that point in time.
Why I'm saying this is because there is a website I'm developing and I must say that it's costing me time and corrections here and there and it's making it look as if I don't even know what I'm doing. But the truth is that I know what I'm doing. It's just that the more the correction, the more disjointed and disgruntled so many parts of the website will become.
I've always loved it when you design something at once and it's fitting perfectly and everything is going on fine. Then one or two touches and you're done. But what happens when you have given all your best and all your best is not even enough or there is correction here and there to the point that you don't even know the direction or the creative direction where the website is going.
This can make things to go from bad to worse especially when you have corrected something and from another hand it's being seen as something that is not worth it. So at the end of the day you end up not showcasing yourself well or you will be seen as somebody who is below excellence whereas you did deliver the excellence in the first place but the corrections and the dissatisfaction with too much perfectionism spoil the entire groundwork that you have put down. So clients are always right.
So it is because of this that we just have to heed to them and whenever you are working in an agency be it an HR or something you have to still obey them. If you do not obey them you are joking with being fired and if you obey them be ready to go down low with taking corrections here and there, words here and before you can actually make it. That's one major thing I've seen in those words recently.
