The other day, I went to a pork shop to buy pork.
I saw some big pig ears for sale there, so I bought some.
When I got home, I burned the two pig ears with a flame and washed them with water to clean them.
Then, since the two pig ears were too big, I had to cut them into three pieces.
Then, I put the pig ears in an electric frying pan and added the prepared ginger, garlic, turmeric, salt, curry powder, vinegar, Oster oil, Bean paste, and a little peanut oil and mixed them well.
Then, I filled a pan with water and boiled the pork ears.
The boiled pork ears became soft and colorful as the water evaporated.
When the pork ears were cooked, they were cooled and cut into small pieces.
Then, the pieces of pork ears were fried briefly in a little peanut oil.
The reason was that there were too many pieces of pork ears, so if they were not eaten in one day, they would be good for the next day.
The family enjoyed eating the pig's ear sticks by dipping them in the sauce and eating them with a fork.
I forgot to take a picture of them eating the pig's ear sticks.
The pig's ear sticks were so chewy.
The next day, I fried the remaining pieces of pig's ear with tomatoes, onions, green chilies, etc.
It was a very tasty and delicious pig's ear dish.

I have reached Level 191, Rank 139 and I completed Missions 13161 in the Rising Star Game.
Now, there are currently a total of 2316 Cards in my Rising Star Game.
I am continuing Rising Star Missions with permanent Fans 133358 , Luck 23622, Skill 287597 and Income Modifier 2500.
