My Homemade Crunchy Chinchin Recipe .

I have love to have chinchin at home so that when my mouth is watering, I can munch on it slowly. I will love to share my homemade crunchy chinchin recipe with you. Moderate recipe, no too much sugar , butter or anything. You can try it with this recipe, very economize recipe.

Let me take to through steps by steps on how I make it.

Recipe:
10 cups of flour
1 and half cup of sugar
100g of butter
1 egg
1 tablespoon of milk flavor
1 teaspoon of Nutmeg
Half cup of milk but this is optional, I don't add it.

I started by measuring my 10 cups of flour.

Then add my milk flavor and Nutmeg.

I add my Sugar, butter, and Egg

Mix everything together and then add your water.
1 cup and half of water and knead your dough

Knead until smooth , transfer it to your working tables if you have one.

Cut in batches and start to roll with your rolling pin and cut. You can use knife to cut or clean scissors.

Pour your oil in a put and allow it to hot, then start pouring your chinchin inside the oil. When it's gold brown, take it from the oil. You can store it in a tight container and enjoy.

After cooking off store in a air tight container. So delicious and crunchy. I hope you try it at home.
