What's up ?!
It's been a while since the last time I posted about strange animal. Today I have a big primate for you, which other than its looks amazed to me for yet another reason. Despite my age and my interest in peculiar animals I only learned about its existence today thanks to Reddit.
So without further ado allow me to introduce you to Miller's saki, scientifically described as Pithecia milleri. As always let's first start with a video:

Apparently this is a species of saki monkey, a type of New World monkey, occuring in southwestern Colombia, northeastern Ecuador, and perhaps adjacent areas in Peru
Here's some quick information that I gathered about the species from the internet.
They have a body length of 30 to 50 centimeters (12 to 20 in) and an extra tail length of about the same size.
Oh and their tail is prehensile, meaning they can use it for grasping pretty much like an extra limb!
Males and females have different fur colors with males being typically darker with brown on their faces and forearms, while females are more grayish overall. They are somewhat social animals that live in small family groups which are mostly active during the day. Their diet mostly consists of fruits.
All in all a fascinating and rate creature not many know about. But your typical zoo exhibit that's for sure.
