I made a new friend today! A super tiny jumping spider:


Just look at those sexy eyes ๐
Surprisingly, it was very "tame" and friendly. I almost touched it with my phone lens to get these two close ups ๐
Maybe it was just curious dunno, eventually it got jumpy and run away to do whatever spiders do.
This is the last photo I took of it

Thanks to google lens I quickly found it belongs to the Phlegra genus. Species is possibly Phlegra bresnieri.
it occurs in southern Europe up to Azerbaijan, in Ivory Coast, and in Tanzania. Much like must jumping spiders, adults are small at about 4โ5 millimetres (0.16โ0.20 in) of length.
