What's up plebs?!

It's been quite a while since the last time I posted a new piece of silver. I have gotten lots of new shit actually but other things got in the way.

Ok, let's see my most recent addition. A beautiful 1981 proof set from Canada that I received only yesterday! I really love these canadian sets, I think I have three or four at this point. I got all of them for really cheap prices and yet they feel like premium items.

This one, I got it for exactly 20 $ with postal included.

Let's first see it from the outside

Some notes here. The mapple is made of metal and we have real leather. Nice!

Ok let's open this bad boy:

Some beautiful and really shiny coins. As if they just came out of the mint :D

Let's see some close ups

Love all the animal coins! And that copper penny is just so sexy 🙂

And a photo of the COA

Now, as the COA informs us, only the coin dedicated to the trans-canada railway is made of silver. 23.3 g of 0.500 purity. So that's about 14$ worth of silver in the coin set.

But considering all the other goodies and the whole package I think for 20$ it was a steal.

What do you think?
