Ok, today's piece is a real piece of art. And really bad ass if you ask me! Of course, I may be slightly biased since its main theme is one of my favorite mythical creatures..
The phoenix!
In case you are unfamiliar with it, it's a mythical bird known for its ability to be reborn from its own ashes. A symbol of immortality and renewal, usually depicted as a beautiful creature with brightly colored feathers and a long tail.
And today's coin does an amazing job at depicting this majestic creature:

The coin has an incredible High Relief with Antique Finish quality and beautiful coloration. It comes in its box, along with its Certificate of Authenticity. Once again, this coin is issues by Niue Islands with a face value of 2 dollars.
