‎I have to say, this was one of the most emotional matches I have watched so far in this World Cup. As a football fan, I enjoyed seeing Canada put on such a dominant performance, but at the same time, it was difficult to watch what happened to Ismael Kone.

‎Canada were simply too good for Qatar from the very beginning. They played with confidence, intensity, and purpose. And it didn't take long before Cyle Larin opened the scoring, and from that moment, it felt like Canada were in complete control of the match.

‎The player who really stole the headlines was Jonathan David. After hearing a lot of criticism about his recent performances, it was great to see him answer in the best possible way. Scoring a hat-trick on the World Cup stage is never easy, and he looked full of confidence every time he touched the ball. His movement was excellent, and his finishing was even better.

‎To be honest, Qatar never looked like they could compete against the Canadian team. Going down to ten men before halftime was a huge setback, and the second red card completely ended any hope of a comeback. Their defending was poor throughout the game, and Canada fulli took advantage of it.

‎But despite all the goals and the impressive result, the moment that stayed with me was Kone's injury. The reaction from the players immediately showed how serious it was. Seeing him carried off on a stretcher with oxygen was heartbreaking. Football can be a beautiful game, but moments like that remind us how quickly things can change.

‎I really respected the way Nathan Saliba celebrated after scoring his free-kick. Holding up Kone's shirt showed the strong bond within this Canadian team. It was a simple gesture, but it meant a lot.

‎One thing that has impressed me about Canada during this tournament is their belief. Under Jesse Marsch, they seem to be playing with more confidence and determination. Players like Jonathan David, Cyle Larin, and Tajon Buchanan are showing that this team has quality all over the pitch.

‎With one group match remaining, Canada are in a fantastic position. If they can get a positive result against Switzerland, they could head into the knockout rounds with serious momentum. I'm not saying they are tournament favourites, but they are starting to look like a team that nobody will want to face.

‎For now, though, my thoughts are with Ismael Kone. Hopefully the injury is not as bad as it first appeared, and we get to see him back on the pitch soon.
