There is a little bit of good news for us Chelsea fans after what happened against Tottenham Hotspur. Cole Palmer will be available for our Premier League match against Manchester United on October 31, even though he received two yellow cards and was sent off during our 2-0 defeat to Tottenham.

Honestly, I am happy about this news because I don't want us to go into such an important match without one of our key players. Palmer is someone who can make a difference when he is in good form, and having him available gives me more confidence ahead of that game.
But at the same time, I still have something to say about what happened against Tottenham.
I know football can be so frustrating, especially when your team is losing and things are not going the way you expected. Even as a supporter watching from home, I sometimes get annoyed when Chelsea are not playing well. So I can imagine how frustrating it must be for the players on the pitch.
However, I believe there are times when you need to control your emotions, no matter how difficult the situation becomes.
Palmer is a talented player, and I don't think anyone can deny the importance of having him in this Chelsea team. That is exactly why I want him to be more careful. Getting sent off because of two yellow cards is something I hope he will learn from.
My concern is not just about the red card itself. It is about how these things can affect the team. When you are already struggling in a match, losing a player makes the situation even more difficult. We cannot afford to make things harder for ourselves because of unnecessary reactions.
I really hope Palmer takes this experience seriously. Nobody is perfect, and mistakes happen in football, but what matters most is what you learn from them. I don't expect him to be perfect in every match, but I want to see him become more mature in the way he handles pressure.
The good thing is that his suspension will be served in the Carabao Cup match against Liverpool on October 28th, meaning he can feature against Manchester United. Now, I hope he uses that opportunity to put this disappointment behind him and focus on helping Chelsea get a good result.
As a Chelsea fan, I want to see my players fight for the badge, but I also want them to use their heads when emotions are running high. Passion is important, but discipline is just as important.
Hopefully, we can put the Tottenham defeat behind us and approach the Manchester United game with a better attitude. I want to see Chelsea respond on the pitch rather than give ourselves more reasons to regret what happened in the previous match.
