Hi Hive,
Lately, I have been thinking about how easy it is for us to judge people without really knowing what they are going through.

We see someone acting differently, posting unusual things online, dancing in videos, or trying hard to make others laugh, and sometimes our first reaction is to criticize or make jokes. But the truth is, none of us can truly tell what is happening behind the scenes of another person's life.
The reality is that many people are struggling these days. Some are worried about paying bills. Some are dealing with family problems. Others are battling stress, anxiety, loneliness, or disappointments that they never talk about. Life can be heavy, and not everyone carries that weight in the same way.
What I have noticed is that people often hide their pain better than we think. A person who is always smiling may be going through a tough season. Someone who constantly jokes around may be trying to distract themselves from their worries. Even those who seem strong and happy can be fighting battles that nobody knows about.
I have learned that it costs nothing to be kind. A kind word, a simple greeting, or choosing not to mock someone can make a bigger difference than we realize. We may not have solutions to people's problems, but we can choose not to add to their burdens.
Social media has made it easier for us to form opinions about others. We watch a short video or read a single post and immediately think we know the whole story. Most times, we don't. What we see online is only a tiny part of someone's life. The struggles, tears, and silent battles are usually hidden from public view.
That is why I try to remind myself to be more understanding. Before laughing at someone, I ask myself, "What if this person is going through something I know nothing about?" Before judging, I try to remember that everyone is carrying something.
The world is already full of pressure and challenges. A little patience, empathy, and kindness can go a long way.
So the next time you see someone smiling, dancing, or acting in a way you don't understand, remember this that sometimes people are doing their best just to keep going.
And sometimes, the people who look okay on the outside are the ones who need kindness the most.
