En esta ocasión les comparto el paso a paso para elaborar un lindo organizador de escritorio. Quise diseñar algo que tuviera que ver con el mar; pensé en un par de peces, pero al final me decidí por otras cositas marinas, jaja, como un lindo faro junto con un ancla y un pequeño barco de madera, además de algunos elementos extra como estrellas de mar y burbujas.

This time, I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions for making a cute desk organizer. I wanted to design something with a sea theme; I thought about a couple of fish, but in the end, I decided on other marine-themed items, haha, like a cute lighthouse with an anchor and a small wooden boat, plus some extra elements like starfish and bubbles.

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS

✨PASO 1:

Lo primero que debemos hacer es lo de siempre, amigos, jaja, que es tomar nuestra hoja blanca y dejar volar nuestra imaginación, para dibujar el diseño que más nos guste, que en mi caso, como ya dije, era temática marina, así que pensé en un faro que ocuparía la mayor parte de la decoración y a los lados otros elementos de menor tamaño que serían un ancla y un barco de madera, junto con un par de estrellas extras y burbujas para dar más ambiente. Al estar lista la idea, es momento de transferir a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:

✨Estructura del faro: 8 cm x 3.5 cm en foami blanco.
✨Parte superior del faro: 1.7 cm x 1 cm en foami rojo.
✨Ventanillas: 1.5 cm x 1 cm en foami amarillo.
✨Listones de madera: 3 cm x 0.5 mm en foami marrón.
✨Puerta: 1.2 cm en foami marrón.
✨Ancla: 3 cm x 2.5 cm en foami azul.
✨Barco: 3 cm x 2.7 cm en foami marrón.
✨Velas: 2 cm x 1 cm en foami azul.
✨Estrellas: 1.5 cm en foami amarillo.
✨Burbujas: 1.3 cm, 0.7 mm y 0.5 cm en foami azul.

✨STEP 1:

The first thing we need to do is the usual, friends, haha, which is to take our blank sheet of paper and let our imaginations run wild, to draw the design we like best. In my case, as I already mentioned, it was a marine theme, so I thought of a lighthouse that would take up most of the decoration, and on the sides, other smaller elements like an anchor and a wooden boat, along with a couple of extra stars and bubbles to add more atmosphere. Once the idea is ready, it's time to transfer it to the corresponding colors of foam, as I explain below:

✨Lighthouse structure: 8 cm x 3.5 cm in white foam.
✨Top of the lighthouse: 1.7 cm x 1 cm in red foam.
✨Windows: 1.5 cm x 1 cm in yellow foam.
✨Wooden slats: 3 cm x 0.5 mm in brown foam.
✨Door: 1.2 cm in brown foam.
✨Anchor: 3 cm x 2.5 cm in blue foam.
✨Boat: 3 cm x 2.7 cm in brown foam.
✨Sails: 2 cm x 1 cm in blue foam.
✨Stars: 1.5 cm in yellow foam.
✨Bubbles: 1.3 cm, 0.7 mm, and 0.5 cm in blue foam.

✨PASO 2:

Al estar todas las piezas recortadas, es momento de dar color a los bordes con pinturas y marcadores que hagan contraste; en este caso utilicé para algunas piezas colores más oscuros que el tono original y para otras, como el caso del barco, la estructura del faro y las maderas en general, un color negro.

✨STEP 2:

Once all the pieces are cut out, it's time to color the edges with contrasting paints and markers. In this case, I used darker colors than the original tone for some pieces and black for others, such as the boat, the lighthouse structure, and the wood in general.

✨PASO 3:

Al estar secas las piezas, es momento de dibujar los detalles importantes para definir mucho mejor cada una de las piezas, como serían las franjas rojas en la estructura del faro, las ventanillas, la parte superior que viene siendo una cúpula; la definí mucho mejor, al igual que las maderas del faro y el barco. Además, di detalles al ancho, a las velas del árbol y a las burbujas. Luego, vamos a pegar las piezas, hasta formar el faro y el barco, para ver el acabado final de estas decoraciones.

✨STEP 3:

Once the pieces are dry, it's time to draw the important details to better define each piece, such as the red stripes on the lighthouse structure, the windows, and the top part, which is a dome. I defined it much more clearly, as well as the wood of the lighthouse and the boat. I also added details to the width, the tree's sails, and the bubbles. Next, we'll glue the pieces together to form the lighthouse and the ship, so we can see the final look of these decorations.

✨PASO 4:

Ahora sí, vamos con la base del organizador, así que tomamos nuestra caja de bombillo, que en este caso las medidas eran de 12 cm x 8 cm, pero yo le corté el largo, dejándolo a 9.5 cm. Ahora, tomamos la tela con el color y diseño deseado y recortamos 1 cm más grande que la caja de cada lado, pegamos hasta cubrir todas las paredes y la parte superior la pegamos a la parte interna de la caja. Además, pegamos la decoración en el orden deseado a una de las paredes de la caja.

✨STEP 4:

Now, let's make the base of the organizer. We'll take our light bulb box, which in this case measured 12 cm x 8 cm, but I cut it to 9.5 cm. Next, we'll take the fabric in the desired color and design and cut it 1 cm larger than the box on each side. We'll glue it down to cover all the walls, and then glue the top piece to the inside of the box. Finally, we'll glue the decorations in the desired order to one of the box walls.

✨Y listo, amigos, así es como pueden elaborar sus organizadores de escritorio de una forma bastante fácil, rápida y reciclando algunos materiales. Espero que les haya gustado el paso a paso y se animen a elaborarlo.
