Big title, I know.
Well this is a movie I watched yesterday thanks to Netflix's recommendation.
Tldr, too much wasted potential. It could have been a good fantasy film.
There were just too many plot holes and major goofs to make it enjoyable. Like for example the super powers of the bad guy (hint, the eyes). The even messed that up majorly.
And the acting was often below mediocre.
Even the battles were not fun. So many super powers and we got something boring.
The ending also felt hastily made and forced.
The movie is based on a book so I get that there were sacrifices needed to make but it feels like they just did a super sloppy job.
Skip this one with no worries :)
The only thing that saves the movie is the hotness of Ms Peregrine!
