Ingredients for 1 glass:

• 1 cup chopped mango.

• 3 tablespoons plain yogurt.

• 3 tablespoons rolled oats.

• 1 tablespoon sugar.

• 1 teaspoon vanilla.

• 1/2 cup cold water.

Ingredientes para 1 vaso:

• 1 taza de mango picado.
• 3 cucharadas de yogur natural.
• 3 cucharadas de avena en hojuelas.
• 1 cucharada de azúcar.
• 1 cucharadita de vainilla.
• 1/2 vaso de agua fría.

Preparation // Preparación:

I blended the mango with water (which can also be milk). I strained it to achieve a completely liquid texture.

Licué el mango junto con el agua (que también puede ser leche). Colé para una textura totalmente líquida.

I blended the strained mango juice with the rest of the ingredients. So the yogurt, oats, vanilla, and sugar joined the party.

Licué el jugo de mango ya colado junto al resto de ingredientes. Así el yogur, la avena, la vainilla y el azúcar se sumaron a la fiesta.

After a few steps, my glass was filled with a real treat.

Luego de pocos pasos, mi copa se llenó de una verdadera delicia.
