Healthy hydration : A refreshing smoothie recipe to quench your thirst

Today I'll be showing you how to make a simple smoothie using just three ingredients. This smoothie is very healthy and good for the body, each fruit has its nutrients it gives to the body. This smoothie is rich in electrolytes and antioxidants which makes it a perfect rebooter...

  • INGRIDIENT USED
    Watermelon - quarter
    Pineapple - a slice and
    Water - 1 glass cup
    Ginger( I didn't use this because I didn't see it to buy)
    With these ingredients I was able to get two glasses of smoothie.

  • STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE
    I started by peeling the water melon
    After peeling the water melon, I removed the seeds and cut them into smaller pieces.
    After doing that, I cut the pineapple into smaller pieces.
    Then I put the water melon into the blender, added water and blended till smooth.

I repeated the same process for the pineapple. After blending both separately, I put them inside the blender and blended together to mix very well.

After doing this, serve in a cup and enjoy your delicious smoothie, it's best served chilled.
