Ein Pärchen hat wahrscheinlich vor langer Zeit dieses Vorhängeschloss angehängt. Mittlerweile ist es ein bisschen gerostet. Erinnert mich an das Sprichwort, alte Liebe rostet nicht.
Habt ihr auch Brücken oder ähnliche Plätze, wo Pärchen ein Schloss anhängen? Hat das schon mal jemand selber getan?

A couple probably attached this padlock a long time ago. In the meantime, it has rusted noticeably. Reminds me of the saying, old love never rusts.
Do you also have bridges or similar places where couples hang a padlock? Has anyone ever done this themselves?
