On https://hive-engine.com/lease, I offer HIVE POWER leasing with an APR of 8.21%. If you delegate 100 HP to me, you will receive 0.02857142 SWAP.HIVE per day for 5 weeks. It may not seem like much, but it still gives you an APR of 8.21% while also helping me with my curation.

At the moment, there are 6 offers available, meaning a total of 6 SWAP.HIVE to be earned by delegating your HP to me. Everything is automated through Hive-Engine. I will regularly post new leasing offers and will inform you when I do.
Why help me with my curation?
I vote only on posts that:

Have 500 words or more
Have a good reputation
Are not blacklisted

I usually vote at 3.5%. The goal is not to give large rewards, but to encourage and congratulate those who take the time to write longer posts.
I also vote at:

4.5% for posts reaching 1,000 words
5% for posts of 1,500 words or more

I never let my voting mana drop below 90%.I increase my personal HP whenever possible and never power down.
At the moment, I have 9,942 HIVE POWER. My first goal is to reach 10K, then 15K, then 20K, and so on.

For now, my curation is going quite well, although I currently have a lot of work in real life, which leaves me with little time for it. I’ll do better in a few weeks once I have less work.

I am continuously buying back all the GLYPH tokens in circulation on https://hive-engine.com/trade/GLYPH, with the goal of relaunching a major project as soon as possible using them. I’ll share more details once I have recovered the majority of the tokens in circulation.

I am currently accumulating BEE. I’d like to reach 5,000 in order to launch a major project with the GLYPH token, but for now I only have 70 in liquid liquidity.

I’m continuing to increase my BBH and BBHO holdings.

I’m continuing to increase my ALIVE and HEARTBEAT holdings.
