It’s finally the weekend… although, to be honest, it’s going to be way too short. Barely two small days of rest before jumping back into the last two big weeks that separate me from my annual vacation. Needless to say, I plan to make the most of it—get some proper rest, recover a bit of energy, and reset.
Lately, things have been pretty exhausting. Between the long working hours, the heatwave that really doesn’t help, the extra workload before the holidays, and on top of that, a growing lack of tolerance for some of the people I work with… it all starts to weigh heavily. Honestly, it sometimes feels like a daily nightmare. But I stay grounded: I know I won’t easily find such a good hourly rate elsewhere. So I hang in there, push through, and keep moving forward with a clear goal in mind—hold on for about two more years, finish paying off my current loans… and then, goodbye, onto a new chapter.
Alright, enough about that little dose of negativity 😅 What about you, dear readers? How have you been lately? I hope everything is going well on your side and that you’re managing to enjoy things a bit despite the heat or work.
On my side, I’m still running the automated curation bot. It votes for people who take the time to write posts of more than 500 words and who have a good reputation. I really like the idea of supporting serious and committed creators, even on a small scale.
At the same time, I’m saving up BEE tokens on Hive-Engine as best as I can. For now, I’m at 122 out of the 5000 I’m aiming for for a project I have in mind. There’s still a long way to go, but every small step counts. First and foremost, my main goal is to reach 20K personal HP. That would allow me to stop relying on incoming delegations through leasing and finally be fully autonomous at that level. Knowing that I’ve already completed half of the journey motivates me even more to keep going.
In short, things are moving forward slowly but surely—and in a way, that’s already a victory.
I’m continuing to stabilize the GLYPH tokens and will be relaunching the project around them.
Currently, my curation bot votes on the best posts it finds, as mentioned above. Then, it will randomly send GLYPH tokens to some of the posts it has voted on. You’ll be able to either keep them or sell them. The price will never go down, but it may occasionally go up. To support this, I trade using the Hive-Engine tokens earned through the curation process.
Regarding Hive-Engine tokens for curation, once I have a bit more time, I’m going to seriously focus on accumulating and staking everything I earn in order to achieve even better curation results over time.
Just a reminder that I’m doing all of this purely for fun and enjoyment, even if it doesn’t bring me any profit. Maybe one day, when I have much more HP, I’ll start to benefit from it.
