To start this post, I’d like to thank @hive-170283 and @hive3 for appointing me as a moderator of their community.https://peakd.com/c/hive-170283/created

They’re trying to build a community for people who would like to use AI in their projects on HIVE or online—a place where we can share tips and learn how to use these increasingly important tools properly.
Here’s how I use AI:
First, I write a rough draft of more than 300 words, just jotting down my ideas as they come to me. It’s usually disorganized and not necessarily in the right order. Then I ask my AI to arrange those ideas into a coherent text that flows well. If it adds too many emojis, I remove them or keep only the ones that seem relevant. Then I give it this prompt:
Create several cover images that would fit this post, and I’ll choose the best one (or the one I personally like most).
I’ve had AI help me with several projects. For example, I asked it to sort posts by word count, then rank them by popularity, and then sort them again according to various other criteria. These days, my curation is semi-manual: I stopped letting it handle my votes because my mana would quickly drop to zero.
I also had it build a tool that scans the blockchain for the following words in post comments:
!GLYPH !glyph !Glyph !gLyph
It should detect the word regardless of capitalization, as long as it’s attached to an exclamation mark. It also sends all my curation activity and !GLYPH notifications to Discord.
I run it on a local server using an old PC that can no longer run any current programs or games. But it does the job for scanning the blockchain—even if the scan sometimes falls 500 or 600 blocks behind.
I also had some fun giving it the logos of @hive-170283 and @hive3, then using this prompt:
Redesign the logo by combining the two images. It should represent a little bee working on its own.

If you’re wondering which AI I use for coding and other tasks, I use mammouth.ai. For a little under $20 per month, it gives you access to lots of different AI tools.

Their approach is simple: they subscribe to professional plans for AI services that allow team members, then just add your email address to their team lists. So don’t enter anything personal. In one of the code projects I had it work on, I included a Discord webhook, and two days later I received an email asking me to revoke and change that webhook.
Everyone has the same limit, but it’s fairly high. Once you reach it, you just have to wait three hours for it to reset. You can also choose a more expensive subscription with higher limits. You can even have your AIs talk to each other. It’s a little complicated to set up, but it can be quite fun.
@hive3 is also launching as a witness, for anyone who might be interested.
