New Leasing Proposals Are Available!
For those who may be interested, I have just set up several new leasing proposals, once again using the official Hive-Engine system:

The principle remains simple: by delegating 50 HP to me, you will receive a small amount of BEE every day for a period of 4 weeks.
I can see that this system seems to be quite popular, as many people are already taking part in the initiative. I sincerely thank you for your trust and support in the development of these different projects.
The BEE you earn through your delegation can then be used however you wish. You can keep it, trade it, or reinvest it in other initiatives within the Hive ecosystem.
You can also place your BEE into the proposal of @benef.tribes, which is already receiving support from several members of the community.

🎯 Main Objective #1: Developing @we-are-ai
The first objective is for @we-are-ai to reach at least 20,000 personal HP.
Even after reaching this milestone, I will continue to regularly offer leasing opportunities through Hive-Engine:

The goal is to maintain a sustainable momentum, continue generating BEE rewards, and allow as many people as possible to participate easily in the project.
🎯 Main Objective #2: Strengthening @benef.tribes
The second objective concerns @benef.tribes, which aims to accumulate at least 5,000 BEE in liquidity.
Thanks to your participation, @benef.tribes is currently generating approximately 3 BEE per day. This is an encouraging result and shows that the project is gradually gaining momentum.
There is still a long way to go before reaching 5,000 BEE, but every day brings us a little closer to this goal.
More Objectives to Come
I also have several secondary objectives currently in preparation. Some of them involve developing new sources of income, while others focus on improving the rewards and the overall operation of the projects.
I will tell you more about them once these new steps are sufficiently advanced.

It is currently 34°C in the shade where I live, so I do not even want to imagine how hot it is in direct sunlight! Still, I will have to go out eventually to buy some groceries, as my fridge is unfortunately far from full.
Luckily, the supermarket in my town is open seven days a week. However, on Sundays, only the self-checkout tills are available, which usually means waiting a little longer than during the rest of the week.
But it is not a big deal—it is Sunday, after all, and I still have some time before starting another week of work.
