I am continuing to work toward reaching 20K personal HP, which is the first milestone for this account.

Otherwise, today I went back to working evening shifts for about a month and a half. During this period, I will only work afternoons and evenings on Wednesdays. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, I will be working evening shifts.

I really prefer this schedule because it leaves my days free. I can take my time doing the shopping, household chores, paperwork, and working on my different projects without feeling like I’m constantly rushing. It also allows me to organize my days better and get things done at my own pace.

When I get home in the evening, I can also enjoy my free time more. I can watch an entire movie or several episodes of a series without thinking, “Oh no, I have to go to bed already because I have to wake up at 4:50 a.m. tomorrow!” It is much more enjoyable to relax after work without immediately worrying about getting up early the next morning.

Even though working evenings is not always easy, I feel that this schedule suits me better. I have more freedom during the day and can achieve a better balance between work, personal responsibilities, and my various projects. My evenings may be shifted, but my days are much less stressful and better organized.

After the particularly busy last few weeks, this change of schedule will also do me some good. The team and I had to work many extra hours to prepare everything, reorganize the buildings, and get everything back in order. There was a lot to do to make sure the buildings were ready and fully operational.

For the next month and a half, the work will mainly focus on the general maintenance of the buildings. The goal will be to keep everything in good condition, monitor the facilities, and respond quickly in case of any problems or potential breakdowns. It should be a slightly calmer pace than during the past few weeks, although we will still need to remain attentive and carry out the necessary daily tasks.

We will also take the opportunity to make a few small adjustments and improve certain areas as we go. Instead of waiting for a problem to become serious, we will be able to deal with it progressively and carry out any necessary repairs as soon as they arise.

Keeping the buildings clean and tidy will also be part of our daily work. By maintaining a good level of cleanliness every day, we can avoid having to do major cleaning later on. It is much easier and more efficient to keep things clean regularly than to let the tasks pile up.

This period will therefore mainly be dedicated to maintaining the buildings, keeping them in good condition, and handling any small repairs that may be needed. After all the work we have recently completed, this will allow us to stabilize everything, preserve the buildings properly, and calmly prepare for the next steps.
