Saludos amantes de la comida, feliz Sábado deseándole bendiciones, en este día les presento una receta fácil, en esta oportunidad preparé una merienda deliciosas Pollo con leche de Coco y curry para mi almuerzo de hoy, pues el pollo es muy versatil, porque tiene miles de recetas y preparación así variar el sabor , esta receta la aprendí{i por una amiga en Margarita, que es amante del Coco y La verdad me canto su resultado, su sabor delicioso.

This time, I made a delicious snack of chicken with coconut milk and curry for my lunch today. since chicken is very versatile, with thousands of recipes and ways to prepare it to vary the flavor. I learned this recipe from a friend in Margarita who loves coconut, and I really loved the result—it tasted delicious.

1.- Primero, Picamos el pollo en trozos y condimentamos.
First, chop the chicken into pieces and season.
2.- Seguidamente añadimos el la manteca en un sarten y colocamos el pollo,para freir. Aprovechamos de picar la cebolla y el ajo.
Next, add the lard to a frying pan and place the chicken in it to fry.Let's take advantage of this time to chop the onion and garlic.
3.- En un sarten sofreimos la cebolla junto el ajo triturado, y luego agregamos el pollo frito.
In a frying pan, sauté the onion with the crushed garlic, then add the fried chicken.
Next, add the coconut milk, curry, and a tablespoon of tomato paste, cover, and turn off the heat after 5 minutes.
