1.- En un Bold agregamos la margarina y el azúcar, batimos durante 10 minutos o hasta que la mezcla luzca cremosa.

2.- Añadimos los huevos uno a uno, seguimos mezclando con el batidor. Seguidamente agregamos el harina ya cernida poco a poco y batimos con una paleta de madera.

3.- Agregamos la leche líquida, vainilla y rayadura de limón a la mezcla, luego apartamos parte de la mezcla en otro envase y colocamos el cacao en polvo mezclamos muy bien, para finalizar añadimos el café.

4.- Agregar la mezcla de vainilla en un molde enharinado, seguidamente la mezcla de chocolate. Hornear a 350 grados F (180 grados C) durante 45-50 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo en el centro, este salga limpio.
