In the city where I live, Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, it's a small city, compact as I'd say, but perfect in a way. Practically everything I need is close by, so much so that I usually walk everywhere, except for those days when I go grocery shopping, when I do need transportation. Because of this, I often see the same people around—those who work in the area I always pass by, or even those who take the bus at the same stop I frequent. This whole world is thus reduced to small scenes.
Today, while helping my wife take photos of some products, I took the opportunity to capture some interesting scenes. I focused on the presence of shadows, silhouettes, or motifs that, in my opinion, have something that sparks my interest in photography. Many elements come together in a single image, which is what I try to capture. The sun also plays a significant role in creating these scenes and motifs. Today was very sunny, even though it rained briefly, but it was just a passing cloud, and thankfully so.
Although we were practically sunburned when we got home, it had been a while since I'd felt like that, not since the last time I went to the beach, where you usually get sunburned because of how intense the sun can be. Of course, I don't particularly like those very sunny days, but on the other hand, I like them because I can take the kind of photos I usually envision outdoors.
