This time participating in their initiative called Disasters in Ink, where they talk about how a work of art can be transformed into a catastrophe, and this almost happened to a person who was my friend and I went with him to get his first tattoo. Without further ado, I share with you my participation:

Some time ago, I accompanied a friend to get his first tattoo which was a very simple and meaningful design for him, a microphone and a phrase: When the words fade away the music speaks🎵. This tattoo represents their love for creating music at that moment, and the way it describes what they want to say when words could no longer.

We arrived at the tattoo artist's house, since he didn't have a studio because he was in his beginnings, however, my friend had good references of him. The first thing he did was to make the stencil and put it on the skin of the right leg, this way he was sure that the design and the location were right.

While the tattooist was getting the tools for the job, my friend was showing me the design and talking excitedly about what he thought of it, and that's when I realized that the word Desvanecen was misspelled, he had written it like this: Desvanesen.

Immediately, we told the tattoo artist and made sure on the Internet how the word was spelled, the stencil was corrected and the process continued smoothly. This way, a small spelling mistake could have ruined its beautiful design and great meaning. It is always important, to check the details to trust the people we choose.
