Después de lavar muy bien La patilla 🍉 la corté a la mitad y con la ayuda de una cuchara 🥄 retiré toda la pulpa y saqué las semillas; traté de sacar la mayor cantidad de semilla posible para no tener que colarlo.

Una vez retirada toda la semilla de la pulpa, ésta la llevo a la licuadora, agrego el hielo 🧊 y se licúa a alta velocidad por unos dos minutos; no le agrego agua porque la patilla contiene abundante agua y como estaba bastante dulce tampoco agregué azúcar; aunque puede añadirle si lo desea.
