M gusta mucho cocinar, crear y probar recetas, sobre todo los postres o platos dulces, amo los dulces, jejeje 😁, en casa hago helados de yogurt para la venta, y hace unos días ví una receta donde hacían unas ricas magdalenas o, cómo le llamamos aquí, ponquesitos😁, de yogurt, que me llamo mucho la atención el y pensé, bueno tengo yogurt en casa 🏠, así que probaré la receta de entonces compré todos los ingredientes que faltaban y me dispuse a hacerlasa!
Les cuento que quedaron super esponjosas y deliciosas, les muestro el paso a paso:

I love cooking, creating and testing recipes, especially desserts or sweet dishes, I love sweets, hehehe 😁, at home I make yogurt ice cream for sale, and a few days ago I saw a recipe where they made some rich cupcakes or, as we call it here, ponquesitos😁, of yogurt, that caught my attention and I thought, well I have yogurt at home 🏠, so I will try the recipe then I bought all the ingredients that were missing and I set out to make thema!
I tell you that they were super fluffy and delicious, I show you the step by step:

INGREDIENTES
1 taza de yogurt natural
2 huevos
3 cucharas de azúcar
3 cucharas de harina de trigo o Maizena

INGREDIENTS
1 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs
3 spoons of sugar
3 tablespoons wheat flour or cornstarch

PROCEDIMIENTO
En un bol, coloqué el yogurt, agregué los dos huevos, y mezcle bien, luego añadir azúcar y harina, hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
Agregué un chorrito de vainilla.

PROCEDURE
In a bowl, place the yogurt, add the two eggs, and mix well, then add sugar and flour, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
I added a dash of vanilla.
Coloqué lis capacillos en la bandeja y llené con la mezcla.
Agregué chispas de chocolate y lleve al horno 20 minutos a 180 grados.
I placed the muffins in the tray and filled them with the mixture.
I added chocolate chips and baked in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Dejé reposar y, disfrutamos.
