1 pimentón 🫑
2 ajíes
2 dientes de ajo 🧄
1 cebolla 🧅 pequeña
Cebollín
Vinagre

PROCEDIMIENTO
Lo primero que haremos es lavar muy bien el pimentón,y el ají, lo cortamos en trozos y llevamos a sofreír en una sartén con un poco de aceite caliente por aproximadamente unos 5 minutos, hasta que estén dorados; se retira del fuego y se lleva a la licuadora; se le añade unas 4 o 5 cucharillas de vinagre, dependiendo la cantidad de pimentón que utilices, se licúa fuertemente hasta que todo esté homogéneo.

Por otro lado, cortamos la cebolla 🧅 y el cebollín en trozos pequeños, agregamos a la mezcla anterior, añadimos un poco de sal, pimienta al gusto y está listo nuestro dip.
