En nuestro país estamos en temporada de cosecha de mango 🥭,una fruta muy versátil que sirve para preparar diversos platos desde comidas , bebidas, dulces o simplemente comerlos, me gusta mucho preparar el famoso carato de mango 🥭 y en otras oportunidades experimento mezclándolos con diversas frutas; el día de hoy quiero compartirles la #receta al prepararlo mezclado con durazno 🍑 y un toque cítrico de naranja 🍊,el resultado fue realmente delicioso ,fácil de hacer, les muestro el paso a paso:

1 mango 🥭
1 durazno 🍑
1 naranja 🍊
Azúcar al gusto.

PROCEDIMIENTO
Después de lavar muy bien las frutas, retiré las conchas del mango 🥭,lo corté en trozos, Igualmente piqué el durazno 🍑 en trozos y lo llevé a sancochar.
Retiré del fuego y dejé reposar.

Cuando hubo reposado llevé las frutas a la licuadora, agregué un poco de azúcar y exprimí el jugo de una naranja 🍊, luego licue muy fuerte hasta que todo estuvo integrado ,seguidamente pasé por una coladora.
