I think pork is one of the tastiest meats out there—pork chops, in particular, are our favorite. We’ve always loved eating smoked pork chops, but these pork chops are our absolute favorites, and I really wanted to do something different with them besides just seasoning them the usual way, so I decided to add a touch of orange juice.

Pork chops should be cooked over low heat, but they need to be cooked thoroughly, since pork must always be well-done—it can be a bit risky due to the bacteria it sometimes carries. That’s why I always try to cook them over low heat and cook them long enough until they’re nicely browned, yet still juicy so they’re enjoyable to eat, and you can pair them with whatever you like.

This recipe is very simple and quick to make, so you can have a healthy and delicious meal in just a few minutes. It’s a very easy recipe to make at home, so let’s get to work, my dear creative friends.

First, we'll take our chops, rinse them a little, and season them with salt to taste.

I'll use oregano—in this case, it's not ground—so I'll use my hands to crumble it up a little more and sprinkle it over the chops. I'll also add the garlic powder, onion, and parsley, then season everything and let it sit for about 20 minutes so the flavors can blend.

! [ENGLISH]

Place the chops in the skillet and begin cooking them. Cut an orange in half and use the juice from one half for these two chops; use the other half for two more chops. Cook them on both sides over low heat until golden brown.

Finally, if you want to add a little more orange flavor to our cutlet, when you flip it, pour a little more juice over it, and that's it! Once it's done, remove it from the pan and serve it on the appropriate plates. It's a very simple recipe that's easy to make at home.
