En Venezuela se ha hablado mucho sobre emprender y es que los venezolanos somos muy emprendedores buscando una mejor economÃa para cada uno de nosotros, emprender trata de lanzar un nuevo negocio, pero esto no solo es eso es llevar el proyecto completo ya que muchos de los que hemos emprendido comenzamos sin muchos recursos y debemos ir asumiendo retos para dar a luz nuestro nuevo negocio, el cual no sabemos como saldrá, uno siempre va con mente positiva esperando que todo salga bien y este proyecto crezca y sea muy prospero.
Siempre me ha gustado emprender y soy fiel creyente que si fallo en un negocio iré por otro, la vida se trata de intentarlo hasta que habrá alguno que se dé, además he escuchado testimonios de personas que han fracasado en muchos negocios hasta que dieron con el que les dio resultado y ahora son dueños de empresas grandes, no ha sido fácil, pero tampoco imposible, también me recuerda mucho la historia del viejito de la foto de KFC, nunca dejo de intentarlo y hoy KFC es muy famoso, nunca sabemos cuando llegará el emprendimiento que nos hará triunfar.
Estos últimos años en Venezuela han habido muchos emprendimientos, he visto negocios abrirse y muchos cerrarse, y es que no es fácil, entre los impuestos, alquileres, insumos, son costosos, además ahora sumado a que luz va y viene, mantener algunos negocios que necesitan la electricidad para funcionar se han vuelto más difÃciles, yo hace ya dos años comencé a emprender en el área de la estética y no ha sido nada fácil, pero me siento bendecida pues si tengo mis clientes que can y vienen, la luz no me ha dejado trabajar como quisiera pero tampoco me ha parado.
Creo que una de las cosas que hace que un negocio funcione primero es la fe, todos los dÃas encomiendo mi negocio a Dios y agradezco por tener o no tener clientes; segundo la constancia, a pesar de la situación actual con la luz ahora trabajo previa cita, sale clientes bien, y sino hay clientes hago otras cosas en casa y aprovecho el tiempo, para mi eso es bendición, me gusta lo que hago y mi satisfacción es la alegrÃa de las personas que salen felices al hacerse cualquier tratamiento.
Creo que para emprender debes primero saber y tener el conocimiento del negocio que quieres hacer y ver que problema vas a resolver o solucionar, evaluar la competencia, estructurar los costos, registros, y pagos que debas hacer, luego de eso estructurar un plan de marketing y ventas que es lo que ayuda para darnos a conocer, y siempre estar a l vanguardia según sea tu nicho, emprender es bonito pero nada al principio es sencillo, un emprendimiento necesita de muchas horas de sacrificios ya que al principio Somos toreros, yo aún lo soy y eso cansa pero hay que seguir adelante.

Many of us who have started businesses began with limited resources and had to take on challenges to bring our new business to life, even though we didn’t know how it would turn out. You always approach it with a positive mindset, hoping everything goes well and that the project grows and becomes very successful.
I’ve always loved entrepreneurship, and I firmly believe that if I fail in one business, I’ll try another. Life is about trying until something finally works out. I’ve also heard stories of people who failed in many businesses until they found the one that succeeded, and now they own large companies. It hasn’t been easy, but it hasn’t been impossible either. It also reminds me a lot of the story of the old man in the KFC photo—he never stopped trying, and today KFC is very famous. We never know when the venture that will make us succeed will come along.
In recent years in Venezuela, there have been many new businesses. I’ve seen businesses open and many close, and the truth is, it’s not easy. Between taxes, rent, and supplies, costs are high. On top of that, with the power going on and off, it’s become even harder to keep some businesses running that rely on electricity. Two years ago, I started my own business in the beauty industry, and it hasn’t been easy at all. But I feel blessed because I do have my clients who come and go. The power outages haven’t let me work as much as I’d like, but they haven’t stopped me either.
I believe that one of the things that makes a business work is faith. Every day, I entrust my business to God and give thanks whether or not I have clients; second, perseverance. Despite the current situation with the power, I now work by appointment. If clients come, great; if not, I do other things at home and make the most of my time. For me, that’s a blessing. I love what I do, and my satisfaction comes from seeing people leave happy after receiving any treatment.
I believe that to start a business, you must first understand and have knowledge of the business you want to pursue, identify the problem you’re going to solve, assess the competition, and outline the costs, registrations, and payments you’ll need to make. and then develop a marketing and sales plan—which is what helps get your name out there—and always stay at the forefront of your niche. Starting a business is wonderful, but nothing is easy at first; it requires many hours of hard work and sacrifice, because in the beginning, we’re like bullfighters—I still am—and it’s exhausting, but you have to keep going.
