Nature has truly blessed us with countless fruit combinations to explore and today, I'm excited to share one of them that i found refreshing and energizing.

Not long ago, i wrote about my banana and peanut smoothie and how creamy and tasty it turned out. Today, am back with another smoothie recipe featuring peanuts and i must say that i enjoyed it just as much.

Cucumber and peanut smoothie

This smoothie isn't as creamy as the banana and peanut smoothie in my last post, but it’s wonderfully refreshing and packed with so many nutrients. Pairing cucumber with peanuts and dates is a great choice, especially if you want to make something healthy and special for your family.

Let me show you how I prepared it.

Ingredients needed

  • 1 cucumber

  • 4 pieces of dates

  • a handful of peanuts.

How to prepare it

To prepare this drink, i started by washing and slicing the cucumber in round shapes, then peel off their skins for effective blending.

Then i washed and removed the seeds of my dates and set them aside.

In a blender, i poured in my cucumbers, dates and peanuts and blend them till smooth.

Once ready, I poured the smoothie into my glass and served. The ingredients above, gave me about 2 glass of this refreshing and energizing drink.

This smoothie isn't just light and satisfying, it's also rich in nutrients, full of flavorsand truly a blessing from nature.
